As part of our ongoing Ethics compliance program, and consistent with legal requirements applicable to publicly traded companies, we are pleased to publish our updated Code of Conduct and Business Ethics (English Version) | (Hebrew Version) as approved by Elbit Systems Board of Directors. The Code contains a "whistleblower" process to encourage reports of Code violations. The Code is in addition to our other procedures and policies regarding Business Ethics.

The Company views the importance of conducting its activities in an ethical manner and emphasises the importance of such conduct with its employees, officers and directors, which are committed to follow the Code and other related procedures and all legal requirements.
