Press Releases| Elbit Systems Acquires Electro Optic Research and Development Company Ltd | Haifa, Israel, June 3 , 2008 - Elbit Systems Ltd. (NASDAQ:ESLT) announced the
acquisition of all of the shares of Electro Optic Research and Development
Company Ltd. ("EORD") from their former shareholders, Technion Research &
Development Foundation Ltd. and Bynet Electronics Ltd., for a purchase price
amount not material to Elbit Systems.
EORD is an Israeli company, engaged in research and development of acoustic
and seismic se nsors and systems for military and security applications.
